Morgan Law is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Partner for a permanent, hybrid role in West London. Salary up to £52k, with 2 days on site and 3 days from home.
The successful candidate will manage complex ER cases in a unionised environment and help establish, embed, and operate the organisation’s Resolution Framework.
You will be part of the People Business Partnering Team, driving a proactive, resolution-focused culture and coaching managers on performance and absence management.
