A Housing Association is seeking an experienced interim Data and Performance Lead to provide dedicated support to the Governance month period. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, excellent business intelligence skills, and the ability to translate organisational data into meaningful insight that supports decision making at Executive, Committee, Board and operational levels.
Working closely with the Head of Governance, the holder will play a key role in strengthening the Performance Reporting Framework, ensuring high quality, accurate and timely performance information across all areas of the business. The interim role will contribute to the development of several strategic reporting areas identified in the Business Plan: Health.
