My London based Public Sector client is offer an exciting opportunity of a 6-month fixed term for a Business Manager post.
The Business Management Office – a ‘Central Hub’ for strategic oversight, planning and prioritization that centralises all business functions.
Standardised JDs, pay grades, career paths – central office within ACE with a business partner approach to all Directorates, and resource planned and aligned to business need rather than on a directorate-by-directorate basis.
Clear governance and assurance processes that are uniform across all functions and enabled by a team of corporate Senior business manager , who ensure compliance and consistency.
This role will suit a current Senior EA or Business Manager who has experience in a similar role.
Operational and tactical delivery and oversight of business support within a service area is essential.
Eg Commercial, Finance & Budgeting, Procurement & Contract Management, HR & Workforce Planning, Digital & Data Services, Legal & Regulatory, Communications & Engagement.
Facilitate collaboration and reduce silos.
