Morgan Law is seeking an experienced Repair Inspector / Clerk of Works to join a respected organisation in the Social Housing sector. You will oversee reactive repairs, voids, damp and mould works, and M&E projects, combining surveying expertise with contractor management and QA.
You will inspect pre/post, ensure quality within budget, support procurement, and provide technical advice while engaging with residents.
