We are looking for an Interim HR Advisor to urgently support an organisation with employee relations cases. You will need experience managing an ER caseload in a unionised environment and need to be able to start fairly quickly.
The cases will vary from sickness absence to grievance and disciplinaries, so you will need to be adept at managing all of these end to end.
This is initially a 3 month fixed term contract and you will need to be on site 2 days a week in Portsmouth - this is essential.
