Job Description

We are recruiting for a part time People Advisor on a permanent basis for our client in the cultural sector, based in central London. In this role you will be a crucial member of the People team, helping to deliver a top quality service to our internal customers across the business. Salary is circa £38,000 ( £30,000 for the part time hours )

You will :

  • Act as first point of contact for HR advice for line managers and staff
  • Support the management of Employee Relations cases including, sickness absence, performance management, disciplinary and grievance processes.
  • Support change management initiatives including restructures and contract changes.
  • Work closely with People Partners on directorate specific plans including workforce planning
