Are you passionate about driving meaningful change and shaping the future of public services? We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Strategic Organisational Development Partner to join our client’s HR & OD team based on the M40 corridor.

As a trusted advisor and change agent, you will lead on the design and delivery of innovative organisational development (OD) strategies that support cultural transformation, workforce engagement, and leadership capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the development and implementation of a forward-looking OD strategy aligned with corporate priorities and workforce planning.
  • Partner with senior leaders to embed a high-performance culture and inclusive leadership practices.
  • Lead on talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Drive employee engagement through evidence-based interventions and continuous improvement.
  • Use data and insights to evaluate OD impact and inform strategic decision-making.
  • Champion equality, diversity, and inclusion across all organisational development activities.

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • A strategic thinker with a strong track record in organisational development, ideally within the public sector.

  • CIPD qualified (or equivalent) with a deep understanding of OD theory and practice.
