We are working with a London based Local Government Organisation to find an Interim OD Partner to support the Head of OD and lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of performance management across the organisation. Key deliverables will be: To design and manage performance and development frameworks that align with organisational goals and values. To provide advice and support to senior leaders and managers on OD and performance-related matters You must have significant experience reinforcing and embedding a performance management framework as a main part of your role. You don\βt need public sector experience but you MUST bring expertise from high performing organisations and, ideally, an occupational psychology background to ensure evidence-based, impactful interventions β This must be clear on your CV to be considered If strong performance management is passion of yours and an area of HR where you can really add value then please apply as we would love to hear from you This role is offered on a 6-9 months fixed term contract Hybrid working β 2 days a week in Westminster
