Responsibilities
- Partner with leaders to improve people and business outcomes

- Use people data and insight to inform decision-making
- Coach and develop leaders to build capability
- Champion inclusive and progressive people practices
- Lead on a specialist area such as organisational development, talent acquisition, employee relations or transformation
Key requirements
- Significant Senior HR Business Partner or Strategic People Partner experience
- Proven track record in organisational change and transformation
- Strong employment law and employee relations knowledge
- Experience in workforce planning and organisational design
- Excellent coaching, stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Ability to use data and insight to support decision-making
- Chartered CIPD membership (Level 7) or equivalent experience
