Morgan Law is looking for an Interim People Partner for a not-for-profit organization in Berkshire. This role, requiring a focus on Employee Relations case work, is for an initial 6-month period on a fixed-term contract at Β£45,000 per year. The position is hybrid with 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

Ideal candidates will:

  • Manage 10 to 15 ER cases
  • Develop relationships with managers
  • Coach them on ER issues

A short commute is expected from certain areas in the Reading and surrounding locations.
