A Housing Association is seeking an experienced interim Data and Performance Lead to provide dedicated support to the Governance & Assurance Team over a 6‑month period. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical capability, excellent business intelligence skills, and the ability to translate organisational data into meaningful insight that supports decision‑making at Executive, Committee, Board and operational levels.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Governance & Assurance to strengthen the Performance Reporting Framework, ensuring high‑quality, accurate and timely performance information across all areas of the business.
- Contribute to the development of several strategic reporting areas identified in the Business Plan:
- Health & Safety
- Automate production of our Health & Safety Scorecard.
- Review and enhance our compliance dashboard, ensuring effective monitoring of prescribed timescales and actions.
- Extract and visualise data from Health & Safety Inspection Forms, producing dashboards that show compliance with inspection schedules, enable exception reporting and highlight defects requiring action.
- Support the development of Ofgem Heat Network Reporting, ensuring compliance with regulatory return requirements.
- Build dashboards to provide clear assurance of compliance with the Competence and Conduct Standard, in line with the action plan.
- Develop dashboards for Voids and Arrears, ensuring visibility of the end‑to‑end key‑to‑key process and insight into performance trends.
- Deliver reporting tailored for SLT, Executive and operational users.
