In this newly created role of Learning and Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation. You will create, implement, and manage Learning and Development (L&D) strategies, establish and maintain a new Learning Management System (LMS), drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace environment, and much more!
As the new Learning and Engagement Manager your role will include:
- Developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organisational goals
- Leading the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of a robust Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee training and development
- Assessing learning needs across the organisation and designing, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives
- Designing and implementing employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work culture and increase employee engagement
- Leading the execution of regular employee engagement initiatives, including staff surveys and running focus groups and forums
- Developing and delivering programs to improve employee engagement, including team-building activities, organisation-wide events and internal communications
To be considered you will require:
- Proven experience in Learning and Development, including the design and delivery of training programs, ideally gained in fast paced, SME setting
- Experience of implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels of the organisation
- An analytical mindset, with experience in using data to measure and improve the impact of learning and engagement initiatives
