If you’ve said yes to these questions, then our client, a fantastic Social Enterprise is looking for you to be part of their exciting journey!

In this newly created role of Learning and Engagement Manager you will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development across the organisation. You will create, implement, and manage Learning and Development (L&D) strategies, establish and maintain a new Learning Management System (LMS), drive employee engagement initiatives to ensure a positive, productive, and inclusive workplace environment, and much more!

As the new Learning and Engagement Manager your role will include:

  1. Developing and implementing a comprehensive Learning and Development (L&D) strategy aligned with organisational goals
  2. Leading the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of a robust Learning Management System (LMS) to support employee training and development
  3. Assessing learning needs across the organisation and designing, delivering and evaluating engaging learning experiences, including workshops, e-learning modules, and leadership development initiatives
  4. Designing and implementing employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work culture and increase employee engagement
  5. Leading the execution of regular employee engagement initiatives, including staff surveys and running focus groups and forums
  6. Developing and delivering programs to improve employee engagement, including team-building activities, organisation-wide events and internal communications

To be considered you will require:

  1. Proven experience in Learning and Development, including the design and delivery of training programs, ideally gained in fast paced, SME setting
  2. Experience of implementing and managing Learning Management Systems (LMS)
  3. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging diverse audiences at all levels of the organisation
  5. An analytical mindset, with experience in using data to measure and improve the impact of learning and engagement initiatives
