Job Description
My Local Government client, based in London is looking for an Interim L&D Manager for 9-12 months.
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Learning and Development Consultant, located in Greater London, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Learning and Development Consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing effective training programs. Day-to-day tasks include conducting learning needs analysis, creating instructional materials, delivering training sessions, evaluating training effectiveness, and providing coaching and support to employees. The role requires collaboration with different teams to ensure consistent and high-quality training across the organization.
Qualifications
- Experience in designing and developing training programs and materials
- Proficient in conducting learning needs analysis and evaluating training effectiveness
- Strong skills in instructional design, content creation, and facilitation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Relevant qualifications such as CIPD or equivalent are advantageous
- Previous experience in a team Management or a similar role is essential
