Job Description
We are potentially looking to support a very large London based organisation to find several Interim Workforce Planning Managers to support with a huge people change programme. \\n\\nAs part of a budget reduction initiative you will support different business areas in looking at both the workforce and resource planning and role out new structures in each of those areas. \\n\\nTo be considered you need to have extensive experience in leading on Workforce Planning on a large scale for a complex organisation – ideally in the public sector.\\n\\nThe likelihood as this will go on for at least 6 months and is being paid on a rate of £450-£550 per day.
\\n\\nYou will need to be on site in Central London a couple of days a week with the rest remotely
