Our HR Consultancy Team provides internal customers of Bedfordshire Police, Cambridgeshire, and Hertfordshire Constabularies with expert advice and guidance on a wide variety of complex employment matters. Responsibilities include areas such as attendance, performance, conduct, grievances, pay matters, and change management. The teams work closely with departmental managers and the People Business Partner to establish effective relationships. This role supports departments across BCH, including specialized policing areas. Reporting to the HR Consultancy Manager, you will manage a team of HR Consultants and oversee the delivery of local HR support, identifying areas for improvement. You will also be responsible for a specific area of ER people practice, working with peers to ensure policies and processes are efficient and innovative. We support agile working, offering flexibility for homeworking and a work base in either Godmanchester (Huntingdon) or Hatfield. You will be expected to work flexibly across sites in Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, and Bedfordshire, accessible by public transport. #J-18808-Ljbffr
