Morgan Law is seeking an interim OD/L&D Advisor for a renowned University in London for 4 months, Aug–Dec 2026. The role pays £250–£275 per day via umbrella and requires presence in the office 2–3 days per week.
The successful candidate will bring experience of OD/L&D in organisations that have undergone major change in the Higher Education or public sector, with a proactive, can-do mindset and sensitivity to the environment.
