Morgan Law is urgently seeking an interim Learning Capability Specialist for a Civil Service Client in the United Kingdom.

This role is for an initial 3-month period, working hybrid with 1 day per week in London, Cardiff, or Glasgow.

The position offers a daily rate of Β£400 to Β£600, depending on experience.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience within the Civil Service and will develop learning solutions to enhance capabilities across the organization.

This role requires strong skills in learning needs analysis, curriculum design, and stakeholder engagement.
