Global Renowned Museum Group, seeking an Interim Head of Finance
18-24 Month FTC
75,000 Salary
Hybrid working (2-3 days on site per week)
Client based in London
This position reports into the Director of Corporate Services.
The income of the organisation is approx. 30 Million.
The client is looking for:
- Recognised accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Experience of leading a Finance function, ideally in a charity, visitor attraction or within the heritage sector.
- Experience of delivering a customer focused, efficient and responsive Finance Team
- Demonstrable experience and skills in leading, engaging and motivating Finance teams
- Proven experience of strategic and financial planning
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to represent finance to stakeholders both within an organisation and externally, and to build productive and positive working relationships with colleagues
- Experience of managing key relationships with internal and external audit, banks and key funders
