Base pay range

My NHS Client has an urgent requirement for an interim Equality and Diversity Manager to join the People team, initially for 3-6 months to help drive forward the EDI agenda.

With an emphasis on managing the team and key areas such as EDS (Equality Delivery System), WRES (Workforce Race Equality Standard) and WDES (Workforce Disability Equality Standard), this role will require experience across all of these areas and a real ability to hit the ground running.

This role is based in South London and offers flexible hybrid working arrangements.
