An established and growing not-for-profit care organisation is seeking an experienced Category Manager to play a key role in delivering strategic procurement across IT. Supporting a nationwide portfolio of care services, the organisation is committed to delivering high-quality, person-centred care within modern, well-invested environments. With ongoing transformation programmes and investment in both infrastructure and technology, procurement is a critical function in driving efficiency, value, and innovation.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the Bucks office)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand medium- and long-term requirements
- Ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget through effective collaboration
- Negotiating contracts and managing commercial risk to ensure value for money
You will be an experienced Senior Buyer or Category Manager with strong exposure to IT, Marketing and/or HR categories. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess cost, value, and risk.
