Morgan Law is assisting an NHS Trust client by recruiting an Associate ER Partner (Medical) to join the People and Workforce team on a permanent basis. The role is hybrid with three days on-site in London and two from home.
The successful candidate will lead MHPS case management, advise managers and collaborate with HR and trade unions. The ideal candidate has significant Employee Relations experience, strong knowledge of employment law, and a proven ability to manage complex medical HR cases
