We are supporting a South London local authority to find a part time HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to manage a caseload.

You will join a strong team of 6 who are responsible for providing a responsive Employee Relations service and you will personally support a particular directorate's management team with any ER related issues and cases.

This is a very fast-paced role so to be considered you must have experience of working in a unionised environment within the UK public sector.
