We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months. IMMEDIATE START. Salary - Up to £69k (pro rata).
We need someone with a strong public sector background (anyone without this will on this occasion be rejected). You will be providing pivotal support to the Head of HR on various projects for which she will need you to take the lead. You will also be managing HR contracts - this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, benchmarking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns.
To be considered you must be able to demonstrate a strong background in:
- Report writing & presenting data to Senior Leaders
- Benchmarking (pay, benefits, org establishment etc)
- HR Projects
- Policies & Governance
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home.
