To be considered you need extensive experience managing complex ER cases in a unionised environment This is a fantastic opportunity to manage employee relations from a very proactive, impactful position. You ll play a key role as a member of the People Business Partnering Team and the Resolution Centre, establishing, embedding, and operating the organisation s Resolution Framework. With responsibility for handling issues and concerns raised by colleagues within the organisation, and often being the first person that a party comes in contact with when an issue is raised, you will play an important role in helping colleagues resolve conflict and set a resolution-friendly culture, based on transformative justice.
