We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established NHS Trust in Sussex for an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join their People team on a 6-month fixed-term contract .

The Role Working as part of a supportive HR team, you will provide high-quality, practical advice and guidance to managers on a broad range of employee relations matters.
You will manage your own caseload and help ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently and in line with NHS policies, employment legislation and best practice.
Key responsibilities include: Managing a varied caseload of employee relations matters, including disciplinary, grievance, sickness absence, capability, performance management, dignity at work and flexible working cases.
Advising and coaching managers through formal and informal employee relations processes.
Supporting investigations, hearings and appeals, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance with employment law.
Working closely with Trade Union representatives to resolve employee relations issues effectively.
