We are supporting a South London local authority to find an HR Advisor with strong employee relations experience to manage a caseload. You will join a strong team of 6 who are responsible for providing a responsive Employee Relations service and you will personally look after the Environment, Civic Pride and Climate directorate.

This is a very fast paced role so to be considered you must have experience of working in a unionised environment within the UK public sector. This role is covering an internal secondment so will be offered on a 6 month fixed term contract but it is very possible that this will be extended.

Please be advised that whilst this is hybrid, you need to be on site 3 days a week in South London.
