  • Interim Employee Experience Advisor
  • Essex (1-2 days a week onsite and the rest from home)
  • £300 per day Inside IR35

  • We are looking for an

Employee Experience Advisor to support a large Essex based organisation by coordinating and delivering engagement, communications and employee listening activity associated with:

  • Pulse Surveys.
  • Employee voice and feedback mechanisms.
  • Workforce Ambassador networks.
  • Leadership engagement activity.
  • Employee communications campaigns.
  • Employee insight and reporting.

The role will help ensure the successful delivery of the 2026 employee listening programme whilst strengthening employee engagement and supporting the development of consistent employee voice arrangements across the organisation.

We need someone with

  • Employee engagement experience within a large organisation.
  • Internal communications and campaign delivery experience.
  • Experience running surveys and employee listening activity.
  • Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
  • Workshop and focus group facilitation experience.
  • Strong data interpretation and reporting skills.
  • Experience operating within organisational development, HR or people functions.
  • Ability to work autonomously and at pace.
