Overview
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to support an Essex based local authority for at least 6 months.
Key Deliverables
- Lead on the roll out of a Performance Management Policy and Framework
- Supporting the Head of HR in managing HR contracts β this will include attending meetings, preparing reports, benchmarking other providers, creatively working on maximising returns
- Ad hoc HR projects that come through which would likely be β Employee benefits, Equalities reports, Agency reports
- Use MI data to compile regular board level reports
Qualifications & Experience
- Must have rolled out a new Performance Management Framework in a project management capacity
- UK Public sector experience β ideally in government
- Strong background in managing various small HR projects
- Data analysis and report writing experience
Working Arrangements
This is a hybrid role where you will be on site 2-3 days a week in South Essex and the rest of the week is from home.
