We are urgently seeking a part‑time Interim HRIS (Cascade) & Data Specialist for our charity client based in Stratford, London. The position is for an initial 6‑to‑9 month engagement, working three days per week (one in the office and two remote) with a full‑time equivalent salary of £45,000 per year (equivalent to £27,000 for three days per week). You will report to the People & Culture Operations Manager and will lead the administration and optimisation of the core HR system, IRIS Cascade.

Essential: experience with IRIS Cascade.
Desirable: experience with Learning Management Systems such as Kallidus or Cornerstone.

HR Systems Management

  • Act as the lead administrator for IRIS Cascade, overseeing maintenance, configuration, and user management.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of employee data across the system.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with external providers and IT to resolve technical queries.
  • Develop and deliver user training, guidance, and documentation for staff using Cascade.
  • Support GDPR compliance by managing user access and contributing to data protection protocols.

HR Data & Reporting

  • Design and maintain scheduled reports and dashboards for key HR metrics (e.g., headcount, turnover, absence, EDI).
  • Produce tailored reports and datasets for senior stakeholders, audits, and regulatory needs.
  • Provide data analysis and insights that support workforce planning and strategic projects.
  • Champion data‑driven decision‑making across the People & Culture function.

Project & Process Support

  • Identify opportunities to enhance HRIS functionality and streamline People processes.
  • Support the implementation of new modules or systems as required.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across People, IT, and Finance to support cross‑functional data initiatives.
