Interim HR Adviser – Arts sector client based in East London. The role will run until the end of December 2026 on a fixed‐term contract at a salary of £36,530 per year plus benefits. Hybrid working arrangement: 3 days per week in the office and 2 days remote.
Reporting to the two HR Business Partners, you will support the HR team and the organisation with HR Operations during a period of significant change and transition as a new site opens.
Responsibilities- Support the HR team and organisation with HR Operations during a time of significant change and transition as they open a new site.
- Support and advise managers and staff on employee relations matters, including absence, performance, health and safety matters, grievances, disciplinaries and redundancy processes as applicable.
- Be available to start immediately or at short notice.
- Have experience working as an HR Adviser, dealing with ER case management and recruitment.
- Have a minimum associate member of the CIPD or comparable HR experience.
- Have experience of applying HR policies and procedures with the ability to adapt and provide bespoke advice on a case‐by‐case basis.
