Morgan Law client seeks an interim People Advisor for a further education organisation in South-West London. This 6-month, full-time role is based on-site with potential later for 1 remote day. You will report to a People Partner and focus on employee relations.
You will bring at least 2 years' HR/ER experience, handle high volumes of ER cases, and advise on performance management, absence management and safeguarding/GDPR compliance. Strong communication and organisation are essential.
