We are recruiting an Interim HR Generalist for a social care organisation for a period of 6 months on a fixed term contract. You will be working for a people-focused organisation that values innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence. We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist with hands-on Zellis (Resourcelink) experience to support our HR operations and help drive a positive employee experience.
As our HR Generalist, you will play a key role in delivering day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle. You will be the go-to person for HR queries, ensure smooth HRIS and payroll processes via Zellis (Resourcelink) and contribute to a range of people initiatives that support our culture and business goals.
You will:
- Administer and maintain employee records and HR systems, with a focus on Zellis (Resourcelink) HR and payroll
