We are seeking an experienced Interim Head of People Services to lead and manage a small team, delivering a high-quality HR service. Reporting to the Director of People and Culture, you will oversee operations across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, contracts, onboarding, pay and benefits. You'll drive process improvements, ensure compliance, and provide workforce data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements:
- MCIPD qualification or equivalent experience
- Strong HR operations background across recruitment, contracts, onboarding, pay and benefits
- Experience managing and developing a team
- Expertise in HRIS (ideally MHR iTrent), data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of reward, benefits, grading structures, and job evaluation
- Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments desirable
