Morgan Law client is seeking an Interim Deputy Head of HR Operations and Systems for a charity based in the City of London. This position is for an initial 3 to 6 months period and offers a salary between £50,500 to £60,000 per year. The role will allow for hybrid working, with 1 day a week in the office.
Responsibilities include managing HR operations, improving processes, and serving as the key liaison with Payroll. Candidates should have experience in HR operations and ideally, familiarity with iTrent system.
