Migrant Help is a leading UK charity, established in 1963, supporting migrants, refugees and victims of modern slavery to rebuild their lives with dignity and respect. We are recruiting a Head of Talent & Culture to play a key role in delivering our newly agreed five‑year strategy. Reporting to the Director of People & Culture, you will lead strategic workforce, talent and succession planning, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and driving organisational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver strategic workforce, talent and succession planning
- Own and oversee the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle
- Develop and embed talent management frameworks, career pathways and development interventions
- Drive organisational development aligned to Migrant Help's five‑year strategy
- Lead accreditation activity including Investors in People, Investors in Wellbeing and Great Place to Work
- Partner with senior leaders to build capability and strengthen leadership culture
- Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing Talent & Culture team
- Champion equality, diversity, inclusion and employee wellbeing
This is an ideal role for a collaborative and proactive HR professional with strong experience in talent and organisational development. A CIPD qualification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
