We are looking for an organised and proactive Interim People Change Co-ordinator to support the delivery of organisational change projects. Working closely with HR and change teams, you will help ensure programmes are delivered effectively through strong planning, governance, reporting and stakeholder coordination.
This role is for a fixed term contract of 12-15 months, to start ASAP.
Hybrid working available, max of 2 days in the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain project plans, milestones and change schedules.
- Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Coordinate governance meetings and record key actions.
- Produce reports, dashboards and progress updates.
- Maintain accurate records, trackers and documentation.
- Support consultation activity, workshops and manager briefings.
- Liaise with HR, Payroll, Systems and operational teams.
- Monitor deadlines and proactively follow up outstanding actions.

- Experience supporting organisational change, transformation or HR projects.
- Strong planning, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability.
- Advanced Excel and reporting skills.
- Experience maintaining project documentation and governance records.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information.
