I am urgently seeking an Interim HR Administrator for a 3 month period to work for a Higher Education organisation in East London. This role will pay a rate of Β£175 to Β£187 per day through an umbrella company and will be hybrid working with 2 to 3 days per week on site and the remainder remote.

The ideal candidate will be available to start immediately or within a weeks' notice and will support the HR Team with the efficient and smooth running of all administrative aspects of the HR process, including; generalist HR, Communications, Learning & Development and other administrative duties.

Candidates will be expected to have the following experience, knowledge and skills: -

  • Has previously worked as an HR Administrator or HR Coordinator in generalist HR capacity.
  • Has a passion for providing great customer service and is committed to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Possesses excellent analytical and communication skills with the highest degree of integrity.
  • Supporting other areas of P&C team as required.

Essential Skills include: -

  • Previous HR administrative experience.
  • Demonstrable skills in the Microsoft 365 suite of products.
  • Demonstrable skills in gathering information from diverse sources and the ability to present that information in an appropriate manner.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Good planning and organising skills.
  • Experience of working effectively without close supervision.
  • Excellent customer care skills, with a proven ability to meet customer expectations.
