You'll play a key role as a member of the People Business Partnering Team and the Resolution Centre, establishing, embedding, and operating the organisation's Resolution Framework. With responsibility for handling issues and concerns raised by colleagues within the organisation, and often being the first person that a party comes in contact with when an issue is raised, you will play an important role in helping colleagues resolve conflict and set a resolution-friendly culture, based on transformative justice.
