Reporting into the Senior ER Partner, you will be working specifically on medical HR cases (MHPS) ensuring effective and efficient case management for all medical and dental employee relations cases. YOUR ROLE Providing expert advice on complex MHPS employee relations cases, including disciplinary, capability, grievance, sickness absence, performance management and workplace conflict. Supporting managers to manage cases effectively, fairly and consistently, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and NHS policies. Providing advice on complex and sensitive employment matters, including cases involving professional conduct and employee well being.
