Our mission is to combine traditional recruitment and coaching methodologies with innovative technology to deliver tailored solutions to both clients and candidates.
We are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead and drive growth in the UK market for a leading packaging solutions provider. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a newly reorganized business, with a focus on both team leadership and business development.
Key Responsibilities:- Team Leadership (40%): Lead, motivate, and manage an existing team of sales professionals, driving accountability and supporting performance.
- New Business Development (60%): Focus on generating new accounts and expanding the company's footprint across key verticals. Build and nurture relationships with medium-to-large brands, with a strong emphasis on business development and growth.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as a senior representative of the company, managing relationships with key clients and internal stakeholders in a changing environment.
- Long-term Ownership: Own and streamline commercial processes, with potential involvement in the company's future rebranding and go-to-market strategies.
- Team Leadership Experience: Proven ability to lead teams of at least 1–2 people, driving performance and motivation.
- Hunter Mentality: Strong experience in business development and generating new revenue streams. Passion for selling and being actively involved in the market.
- Experience with Large Brands: Previous experience working with medium-to-large brands, ideally in the FMCG, beauty, or packaging industries.
- Packaging Knowledge: A solid understanding of the packaging industry and its applications across various sectors.
- Leadership & Gravitas: Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and drive change. Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and managing change in a dynamic environment.
