Position Overview
This role leads European sales across AI, HPC, and mission-critical data centre solutions. The position covers key European markets including Germany, France, Southern Europe, and the Nordics, with regular travel required. This is a senior leadership role combining strategic market development, executive customer engagement, and team leadership in a high-growth, technically complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow UK sales operations for advanced data centre infrastructure solutions
- Build executive relationships with hyperscalers, colo providers, and enterprise customers
- Own revenue targets and drive complex, high-value sales opportunities
- Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with AI, HPC, and sustainability trends
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing sales team
- Partner cross-functionally to deliver technical and commercial excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years’ experience in B2B technology or infrastructure sales
- Proven leadership experience within data centre, AI/HPC, or critical infrastructure markets
- Strong knowledge of liquid cooling, power distribution, or white space solutions
- Track record of managing complex enterprise sales cycles
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel around 60-70% across the UK and wider Europe
