We help our clients across the Medical & Dental Technology, Packaging, Consumer, E-mobility and Industrial Technology sectors to deliver on their transformation and diversity goals. Our mission is to combine traditional recruitment and coaching methods with new technology, to provide a tailored and innovative solution to our clients and candidates.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Associate Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team.
Our academy training is second to none and delivered in person and in the office environment as well as remotely to enable you to learn and be motivated by our team.
You will very soon be in a position where you will have the chance to work closely with our customers and be a key part of the search project team, sitting on the requirement briefing call, researching target companies and candidates, approaching them proactively and assessing their technical and cultural fit for our clients needs.
In addition, you will support throughout the interview process, working closely with the lead Consultant on the project and the client directly, ensuring a world class service and experience.
After promotion to Consultant you will have the chance to develop existing client accounts as well as business develop to win new ones and build your own desk with the support of the rest of the team.
You will be actively encouraged to come up with suggestions about how we can continuously improve and innovate both our internal processes, technology and candidate & client solutions.
Requirements
- Some previous experience in the recruitment sector is highly beneficial, as well as an eagerness to learn, a great deal of persistence, a passion for working with people, good attention to detail and a desire to be your best self and do your best work.
- Right to remain or Settlement status for the UK is required for this role as we are unable to offer sponsorship
