Morgan Latif are supporting a leading provider of innovative and sustainable packaging solutions across the beauty and personal care segment look for a dynamic Head of Sales – UK to lead their commercial efforts in the UK market. This is a high-level leadership role where you will take full responsibility for driving profitable and sustainable growth. You will work to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, manage a high-performing team, and collaborate across the business to meet both short-term and long-term objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to drive sustainable revenue growth in the UK market.
- Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve annual sales targets and strategic goals, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Act as a hands-on sales leader by actively engaging in key customer meetings, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and leading complex sales negotiations.
- Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Market Development and Operations, to align sales efforts with broader business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, adjusting strategies to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Represent the company at industry events and key client meetings, enhancing brand awareness and building strategic relationships.
Requirements:
- A university degree.
- At least 5+ years of proven experience leading high-performing sales teams, ideally in a fast-paced and high-growth environment.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade key stakeholders.
- A results-oriented mindset with a track record of consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- A demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and customers.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal).
