About the Role:

We are looking for a Legal Administrator / Secretary to join our friendly Administration Team at our Carmarthen office. This is an exciting opportunity to provide essential support to our solicitors within the commercial property department, ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of legal services.

About You:

We would love to hear from candidates with:

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital dictation systems

We will consider applicants with transferable skills gained through education or other professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital dictation and document production
  • Producing and amending letters and legal documentation
  • Maintaining client files (both hard copy and electronic)
  • Opening and closing files
  • Diary management and arranging meetings, conferences, and travel
  • Answering calls and handling client enquiries
  • Raising invoices and other client billing assistance

Skills & Attributes:

  • Accurate and fast typing skills
  • Ability to manage large documents efficiently
  • Strong IT skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office
  • Exceptional organisational skills and flexibility
