You will review landlord gas safety records, confirm servicing compliance, and carry out intrusive strip-down inspections where required, with fieldwork recorded on tablet software.
The role requires ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, CPA1), a gas NVQ Level 3, A1/A2 (D32, D33) where possible, a full driving licence, and solid IT skills.
