You will coordinate statutory compliance programmes across commercial properties, ensure safe and compliant delivery, and manage contractors and client communications.
Key duties include planning PPMs, overseeing inspections, coordinating engineers, and maintaining compliance documentation while ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met in a fast–paced environment.
