Our client, a well-established asbestos and compliance consultancy, is seeking an experienced Account Manager to join their Leeds-based team. This is a relationship-led role focused on managing and developing an existing portfolio of clients, with a strong emphasis on revenue growth and client retention. The position is ideally suited to someone who is organised, proactive, and confident in managing client relationships while identifying opportunities to expand service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of existing client accounts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers
  • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell asbestos and compliance services
  • Proactively follow up on quotations, reports, and recommendations
  • Ensure consistent client engagement to maximise account value
  • Maintain accurate records using internal systems/CRM
