Inside Sales Executive – B2C Flooring Company

📍 Location: Leeds, LS12

💰 Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 basic + generous commission (OTE £1K+ per month, top earners making 3x that)

About the Role

Our client is looking for a driven Sales Executive to join their team and help homeowners bring their renovation projects to life. This is a warm sales role—no cold calling—where you’ll engage with potential customers who have already ordered flooring samples, guiding them toward a purchase.

If you have eCommerce sales experience, know how to use HubSpot, and thrive on building relationships over the phone, this is the perfect opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Client Conversion: Call potential customers after they’ve received flooring samples to convert inquiries into sales.

Relationship Building: Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide expert advice on flooring solutions.

Lead Management: Chase warm leads, nurture relationships, and close sales effectively.

Creating Urgency: Encourage customers to take action on their renovation projects.

CRM & HubSpot Usage: Log all interactions, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline using HubSpot.

eCommerce & Online Trading: Work within an online sales environment, understanding how to convert digital leads into sales.
