Our client is a forward-thinking company committed to providing sustainable and cost-effective energy solutions. They empower businesses and individuals with innovative energy services that drive efficiency and sustainability. Their Leeds-based team is expanding, and we’re looking for two Inbound Sales Executives to join their dynamic and high-performing sales team.
About the Role:
This is a pure inbound sales role , meaning no cold calling —you’ll handle inquiries from potential customers and convert them into sales. You’ll be the first point of contact for solar leads , ensuring you qualify their interest and schedule meetings for the on-the-road sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound leads only —no cold calling.
- Engage with leads within short time of their inquiry.
- On initial call, look to sell the benefits of an in-person site survey.
- Book meetings for the on-the-road sales team .
- Sell gas & electricity by identifying cost-cutting opportunities for clients.
- Handle client Team's meetings to discuss their requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
- Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of sales experience (preferably SaaS or similar).
- Adaptability & Versatility: Adjust your personality and tone based on the customer.
- Confident & Outgoing: Ability to build rapport and sell effectively.
- Social Selling Skills: Capable of mirroring and adjusting communication style.
- Strong Rapport-Building Abilities: Quickly establish trust and credibility.
- Emotional Intelligence: Understand customer motivations to tailor sales approaches.
- Resilient & Hardworking: Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Based in Leeds office full-time.
