Fleet Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive

Location: Midlands Based – UK Travel required

Our client is seeking a Fleet Commercial Vehicle Sales Executive to take ownership of the Midlands & South territory, drive business growth, and establish long-term client relationships.

This role is for someone who thrives on autonomy, can hit the ground running with an existing client base , and is motivated by unlimited earning potential . You’ll operate as a lone ranger , developing the market and, as success grows, building a team around you. With a strong pipeline of businesses already requiring our services, this is an opportunity for someone who can add immediate value and take full control of their success.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Take full ownership of the UK region, identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities.
  • Build strong relationships with clients who already have a demand for our services.
  • Exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting, relationship management, and closing deals .

Entrepreneurial Growth & Leadership

  • Operate independently as the lead sales representative for the region, with the freedom to develop your own approach.
  • As you succeed, help build a team around your growth , shaping the future of our Client.
  • Bring fresh ideas to enhance the company’s presence and increase market share.

Product Expertise & Customer Service

  • Specialising in fleet commercial vehicle sales, with a primary focus on the utility and traffic management sectors.
  • Provide expert advice to customers, ensuring they select the right vehicle for their needs.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring repeat business and referrals.

Midlands Travel & Client Engagement

  • Regularly visit clients across the UK to strengthen relationships, conduct vehicle demonstrations, and close deals.
  • Efficiently plan travel schedules to maximise productivity and revenue generation.

Who We're Looking For
